5. Surf Camps & Charter Experiences

Participation does not guarantee specific surf conditions, wave quality, or outcomes.

Travel arrangements, visas, insurance, and personal equipment remain the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.

6. Payments & Bookings

If payments are required for programs or experiences:

  • deposits may be non-refundable depending on the program

  • cancellations may be subject to specific policies outlined at time of booking

You acknowledge that surfing, breathwork practices, and ocean-based activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • unpredictable natural conditions

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
